Return Policy
In the rare instance that you feel you need to return or exchange an item, send an e-mail to info@pacrodesigns.com within two weeks of the purchase date. If this is a gift, you may only exchange it. Item must be unused and in the original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping
We ship packages via the United States Postal Service. We try to ship out orders within 1-2 business days. Depending on your shipping address, please allow up to 5 additional business days for your order to arrive. We also offer several express shipping options; contact us for more information.
